Chat: Using chats to develop real communications skills, my students chat weekly online in Chinese via Gmail's chat function, giving them an opportunity to practice everything but listening.
Docs: We use Google Docs to do written work, creating a feedback loop - students write; I correct; students amend.
Forms: For immediate assessment feedback, Google forms allows me to see immediately where the class is, and also gives the students immediate feedback. Students also use forms to survey each other in Chinese.
